Our certified trainers believe that our type of exercise ‘Body Buster BOOTCAMP FITNESS™’ promotes healthy living and positive attitudes by blending the outdoors (in parks) with group fitness which creates motivational experiences for everyone involved!

 

 

Body Buster Fitness BOOTCAMP™ brings communities together by combining group fitness with the outdoors. This BOOTCAMP is not the same as working out at the gym; in fact, we believe that it is a fun, exciting and challenging ALTERNATIVE to traditional exercise in gyms and organized sports.

 

This BOOTCAMP is designed to maximize your workouts in 60 minute classes over 4 week sessions by incorporating nature to help encourage physical, mental and overall well-being in an outdoor setting.

 

 

Body Buster Fitness BOOTCAMP™ will also help you work your ENTIRE BODY, by introducing a well-balanced workout through a variety of exercises; including a mix of cardio, running/power walking, endurance training, strength training, yoga, stretching, obstacle courses, circuit training, core conditioning, drills, etc.

Body Buster BOOTCAMP™ offers more than just our expertise in physical activity; it also includes tips to improve your NUTRITION. Body Buster Fitness™ is dedicated to your overall well-being, therefore we want to provide you with tips and information during class, on the website, as well as when you sign up for a new session.

 

Body Buster Fitness BOOTCAMP™ is committed to increasing your level of fitness by providing a ‘FIT TEST’ for individuals who register for a FULL SESSION*. Our ‘FIT TEST’ includes test assessments and measurements (before and after) package as a method of determining your level of fitness and promoting fitness goals for the future.
