Every program includes the following:
  • Fitness Evaluation and Measurements package (“before and after”). Members may attend "Fitness Evaluation Day" prior to a program as well as on the last day of program. (Available to members signing up for a 4 week program)
  • A one hour boot camp class 2, 3, 4, or 5 days / 3 or 4 weeks.
