I have been a member at Body Buster Fitness since September 2013.
Every class is filled with excitement, challenges and new types of exercises. And let me not forget to include the amazing instructors who consistently motivate and encourage me to give it my all.
Since joining Body Buster Fitness, I have lost a bit of weight and several inches, but even more important I feel much stronger and healthier than ever. I am truly happy about this.
I have chosen to continue with Body Buster for many reasons. As stated earlier, Dani and all the instructor’s are incredible trainers who sincerely care for all of us and make our goals, theirs. From day one, they extend their support and encouragement, ensuring you are on the right track in meeting your goals. Further, my classmates are also so supportive and helpful, making for an awesome team. Working with other strong members inspires me to work harder and make that commitment to myself and the team.
In addition, Body Buster has helped me improve my strength and endurance, contributing to my overall well-being. I have always been active and for many years went to the gym. However, I wasn’t being challenged enough and I knew I had more potential in myself; I just needed direction. It was during this point in my life, when I gave up my gym membership and joined Body Buster. In no time, I had found and was finally experiencing what I was looking and yearning for years. I was finally content- physically and mentally.
I encourage anyone, regardless of your fitness level, to try Body Buster. The instructors are very knowledgeable and offer fun-filled, challenging classes. If you are looking for something different and are bored of the gym or the same ‘ole routine over and over again, then Body Buster is definitely the place for you!

I have been a Body Buster member since may of 2011.
I love how inspired I am to push my limits every class. I also love the variety of the classes and the support and encouragement from each instructor. they are pretty awesome sauce!

Since having my son my needs for fitness changed and the gym just wasn’t where I was comfortable any longer. I needed more from my fitness routine and I wanted help – someone to motivate me and push me. plus the group dynamic is so motivational. I love the variety of the workouts and the challenges, (and the laughs are just an added bonus! )
AMAZING! I never, ever thought I would be one of those people who could go for a run and I got so much coaching and support towards my goal to be one of those runners… now I can do 4Km and I feel like a champ!! My cardio has improved so much since coming to Body Buster – and most importantly, its great for my mental health!
My sanity back!!! Seriously, to shut out the world for one hour and do something for myself makes me a better mother, wife, friend and overall human being. I always leave feeling recharged and de-stressed from life. I have gained friends, a new sense of my self and a new set of fitness goals. I also love the collaboration of BB instructor and class members – pushing each other to achieve more every class (rain, snow, wind, heat wave, torrential down pour, or shine!)
Healthy mind, healthy body – they go hand in hand.. you can’t just try to eat well – you need to have balance. Exercise helps you sleep better, burn more calories at rest (then not exercising) and de stress. Also, as someone who suffers from chronic pain from long term injuries as a competitive gymnast, exercising helps me manage my pain better then when I sit still (no matter how many squats I do, I still feel better when I do them, then when I don’t).
Be prepared to give more at Body Buster then you have even given your workout routine before – and then be prepared to be rewarded!
Just do it! its worth the extra effort. anything worth having is worth working for….
The Body Buster team is awesome. They are so knowledgable and the give 100% at every class. Its inspiration and it motivates you to beat your own goals – long term goals or ones you set in the moment (like I’m not going to let Rob Stickle run faster than me!! ). I have been active my whole life, but I have never felt as fulfilled with my workouts as I do now. I BB!!

I have been a member of Body Buster Fitness since January 2015.There are many things I like about the Body Buster Program. We have a great instructor that makes working out fun and each class provides a different workout so I look forward to going. Working out with a group of members also helps motivate me and challenge me to work harder than working out on my own. My clothes fit much better, I am more toned and feel much better.
I have chosen to continue with Body Buster because of all of the positive effects it has had in my life including weight loss, strength, toning, reduced stress level and increased energy level. I feel much better overall and the program has assisted me with living a healthier and more active lifestyle. It has increased my confidence, strength, stamina, flexibility and endurance.
The Body Buster program has made me feel the best I have felt in a very long time and has assisted me with living a healthier lifestyle. In addition to the positive effects the program has had on my health it has also provided me the opportunity to realize how important it is to take some time out for myself each week (and not feel guilty) and do something for myself which is often hard to do when balancing the many aspects in life including parenting, marriage and my career.
This program is excellent for any level of fitness. The instructor will provide the support you need for whatever your fitness level or goals are. I would strongly suggest you encourage a friend or family member to join with you. To have someone share the fitness journey, the challenges and the successes with you makes the program even more enjoyable.
Once you start the program and see the positive results it has in many aspects of your life you realize how important it is to continue to incorporate the Body Buster Program into your regular schedule. What started as a 3 month program to get fit for the spring and summer has turned into a lifelong commitment that I thoroughly enjoy. Body Buster has been so flexible and accommodating with my hectic travel schedule that it has made it very easy to maintain this program and fit it into our busy family/work life.

I have been a Body Buster Fitness Member since January 2015 when my sister in law and I decided we needed to make a change in our lives to makes us feel better about ourselves.
The thing I like best about the Body Buster Program is how it makes me feel each time I complete a four week session, not just physically but mentally. I have not kept track of how much weight or inches I have lost but I do know that my clothes fit better and I feel more comfortable and confident in them.
I have chosen to continue with Body Busters because I enjoy the challenge. No two classes are alike and Kim is a great instructor who continually motivates me to push myself further. Forty is just around the corner for me and I can honestly say that I am in better shape now then I was turning thirty and that makes me feel good. I am stronger, healthier, and have more energy. I feel like a better person because of Body Buster. Two to three times a week I am doing something for me! Life can be so busy and it is very easy to forget to take care of yourself.
To anyone thinking about joining a Body Buster program I strongly recommend you do but don’t fool yourself if you think you’ll just be trying it for a month because once you start you won’t want to stop!

After I had my second child, I decided to change my life. I never was a sporty girl but I was at a point of change. I found Body Buster online, but it actually took me more than 4 weeks to register. I was scared. I mean I tried different gyms and diets but never bootcamps. How will that be? Screaming and yelling instructors? Crawling through mud? I had no idea. I visited their webpage very often and finally registered. This was exactly 1.5 half years ago.
Today I am addicted and hardly can miss a class. I like the exhausted feeling after the workout and it feels that I achieved something. The endorphines after are giving me the power to go through the long day with my two very active children. I have dreams which now became goals.
I lost over 33 pounds and several inches and it is still dropping. My clothes fit so much better. I feel so much better and I am in the best shape of my life right now. That is why I chose to stay with Body Buster. The results already are amazing. For me it is the way to combine an active and healthy lifestyle with the busy life of a mother, wife and my future career. I hardly can imagine to stop, I would miss my 6am guys, my instructors, the sweat and even the muscle soreness. It is my me time, my breakout of the day.
Several years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease and had to take high dosed medication which could be reduced this year. I also feel stronger and overall more fit to keep up with my kids. It is so much more fun to be active on a playground or in the swimming pool instead of standing at the side. I could show my daughter how to ride a bike and run at her side, which was impossible before.
I gained dedication to more constantly workout then I would do alone. I got a lot more motivation by working out in a team. Body Buster transformed my mindset that sport is torture to enjoying an activity. It is just the beginning of a change
As a mother, I am a role model to my kids. They get inspired by everything you do and not do and this will influence their way of life in future.
Give Body Buster a try. You won’t regret it. The whole team is supporting and always there to help you achieve your goals. It doesn’t matter what kind of fitness level you are. It is designed for everyone. This program is so flexible it will fit in any busy schedule. There are no excuses anymore.
Thank you Body Buster especially Dani for supporting and believing in me. For pushing me towards my goals. I am still not at the end of my journey but now I know everything is possible. And I also want to thank my 6am buddies at Franklin Horner. They are so inspiring and encouraging. This makes getting up early in the morning so much easier!

My first BodyBuster session started on April 20, 2015.
What I like most about the program is the positive approach taken by all the instructors. There is constant encouragement, and everyone is made to feel like a valued part of the class. Modifications to exercises are offered without anyone having to ask, which means people don’t feel singled out. I also like that each class feels different. Since I joined, I have never done the exact same workout.
I don’t weigh or measure myself, but I know that all my clothes fit comfortably again, and people comment on how I look fit.
I continue with Body Buster classes because they are fun. An hour goes by in what feels like a heartbeat, and I like that there are other people around. I would never work so hard by myself. Having been with Travis and Emily exclusively the last few months, I have built up a rapport with them, and they are terrific instructors. Overall, the instructors are very high quality.
My energy level, which is normally high, has gotten even higher. Doing all the class work, and seeing the results, has made me focus more on healthy eating, and doing other physical activities. I feel stronger, and I have even gotten to the point where I don’t totally hate running. This counts as a near-miracle. Improving on something like that makes me feel as though I can tackle anything.
Being a member of Body Buster has given me a sense of achievement. When I joined, I had quit the gym, because it was boring. I wanted to dynamite myself out of a fitness rut, and Body Buster turned out to be exactly what I needed. The upbeat attitude of all the instructors, along with the other members of my class, make working out joyful. As well, I am accountable to a group of people, and that helps me prioritize fitness when I’m arranging my schedule.
An active and healthy lifestyle makes me feel empowered, and it reduces illness.
Come out and try it. Some people are scared by the “boot camp” format, because they think it might involve yelling and intimidating instructors, but Body Buster is welcoming and fun.
Your health is just as important as any other thing in your life. Making yourself healthier and happier has positive effects on the lives of those around you. It’s vital that you take care of yourself in order to take care of others. You can’t draw water from an empty well.
I love Body Buster, and I can see why there are members who have been around for 6 years. I am always talking about how much I enjoy the classes, and while I may shift the schedule from time to time, I have never missed a classes completely (within a four week program).

I’ve been a Body Buster member for over five years.
I like that it gets me out and active and not bored of my exercise routine. I use it as the back bone of my fitness routine and try to add in other cardio and yoga work outs throughout the week. But even if I only manage to do my classes, I know I’ve had a full and well-rounded work out that week!
I’ve been focusing more on maintaining and improving my strength and stamina.
I like the flexibility of the program and the fact that the workouts are both fun and challenging. I always find the instructors enthusiastic and motivating and I’ve never been bored with a work out after all these years! I also like the fact that it gets me outside to exercise in the spring, summer and fall.
I know Body Buster Fitness has improved my cardio and core strength and it’s also forced me to focus on areas of my body that I typically ignore or shy away from (legs and back). So it’s pushed me outside of my comfort zone in a safe and monitored environment.
I like the camaraderie of the group work outs and having other members in the class pushes me to work harder and try to improve on my last work out. I especially appreciate how helpful the whole team has been in guiding me through two knee surgery rehabilitations and modifying the workouts to suit my limitations.
I’ve been active all my life and I know that when I stop moving and exercising, I deal less well with stress. I also know that if you don’t use it you lose it and I intend to be active throughout my life so I know I need to work to maintain my fitness level. I also know that when I am less active, my various body aches and pains bother me more, so continuing to move is my way of hopefully avoiding illness as I age.
Come on out and give it a try! It’s a great group of dedicated people who are just waiting to help you achieve your fitness goals. I like the fact that there’s something for everyone in each class and I think it’s a testament that so many of the members continue to return month after month!
I think that the most important thing to try to do is ask ‘when am I going to work out today/this week?’ instead of ‘am I going to work out’. I struggle sometimes with thinking that if I can’t work out for an hour or ½ an hour then it’s not worth it, but I think it’s better to hop on the bike for 10-20 minutes then do nothing at all. I also know that although I often don’t feel like working out, I always feel better after wards and that usually will help motivate me!
I just genuinely appreciate the flexibility and interest of the instructors. I find all of them so well versed and they really pay attention to details, personal injuries and individual fitness levels of every member of the class. They are professional and fun and I have been very impressed by their ability to come up with alternative exercises when someone in the group is unable to do one of the exercises. The workouts are efficient, challenging and fun!
