This may sound dramatic, but bootcamp has changed my life! Right from when I started (Oct. 07), I was immediately hooked! I find the instructor so motivating, she really kicks my butt and the other members are really fun to work out with. One of my favourite parts of bootcamp is that every class is different and it is just as hard every single time.
I have lost inches everywhere, lost weight and I have gone down 2 dress sizes – none of my clothes fit right anymore and that is a good thing! The mental results are far more important to me than the physical. I feel so good after bootcamp and after each session, I feel stronger and just happier. I have more energy and I am very proud of what I have accomplished in the 10 months I have been a member.
I have signed up for a full year so I can't wait to see what I can do in 10 months from now!

I am 50 yrs old and in great shape thanks to Body Buster Fitness! I have really toned up and have lost many inches. I don't enjoy bootcamp...I LOVE IT! My fitness goals were met and exceeded! That's why I've turned into a "junkie”. I had used the term being a "BOOTCAMP JUNKIE”, and I think it really does fit. I show up at each class eager for the punishment because I'll be so pleased with the physical changes and the general sense of well-being. I feel so much better in terms of both physical fitness and health fitness. If I appear to be 'glowing', it must be because of boot camp, 'coz I sure ain't pregnant! I warn you - I may be a lifer!!

I am always suspicious of testimonials because they often seem exaggerated or outright false in their attempts to describe results achieved from a fitness product or service that offers a quick fix and is little more than a gimmick. Fitness is not about quick fixes or gimmicks. It's a lifestyle choice; a determination to be active and well. The Body Buster Bootcamp slogan perfectly is an ideal philosophy of fitness and life in general. "Work Hard! Have Fun! Be Well!" Body Buster incorporates these qualities into their program. Quick fixes are not promised. They know that fitness and wellness in general is a lifelong pursuit. I am not obsessed with having a bikini body, but the two sizes I've gone down in the last few months are a sign that I am achieving the goal of improved overall health by working hard and dare I say having fun. I have lost fat and improved my aerobic capacity and strength, not to mention lowered my stress level. It's all about quality of life, and mine is better because of Body Buster Bootcamp. A huge thank-you to the Body Buster team for offering such a great fitness program!

It started out innocently enough ~ it was mid-Nov. and I saw the ad for Body Buster Bootcamp in the local paper. I was intrigued and I put in a call to the office, who spent time with me, assuring me that this is just what I needed and was looking for and that I could go at my own pace. 
I contacted a friend, who together we were always saying, "we should do something..." So now I found the something and both Mechelle and I have been faithfully attending 2-3 times per week since Nov./07.
The classes are an awesome way to start your day ~ I feel physically more "alive" and "fit". I don't mind the 6AM start time and even made it through the snowiest winter, without missing a class. I enjoy pushing myself to the next level, and strive to keep up with the "fittest" members of the class. Starting this session, I have specific goals for myself that I want to achieve. 
As a wonderful added bonus, I have met some incredible people, who have also become friends. I may not have stuck with Bootcamp without the friends and the incredible instructor who encourages, pushes and never allows us to quit. Thank you Body Buster.

Body Buster Fitness, I am so glad I found you!
I admit, I was skeptical at first, not knowing anybody and not knowing what to expect from a whole month of "boot camp" classes, but that was short lived. The other members are friendly and non-judgmental, the instructors are positive and really help me believe that yes, I *can* do it. I actually look forward to going to the classes – something unheard of with my gym membership (no point in renewing that this fall)! Plus, the flexibility that Body Buster offers when it comes to scheduling conflicts that pop up from time to time really make it easy to commit to the program.

I came to Body Buster Fitness out of desperation to tone my flab for my wedding day. Boy, did you ever help me do that as I lost more than 13 inches in just a couple of months! My wedding has come and gone, yet I'm eagerly awaiting my fourth boot camp session. I'm sleeping better, have more energy and I feel great! I'm actually in shape for the first time in years! Case in point: every year I go interior canoeing in provincial parks and on a trip that I just did, one of the portages was 1.4 km long which I did with a 50 lb pack on my back and didn't even get winded. Without Body Buster Fitness I would have had to stop at least twice to catch my breath and slow my heart rate, not to mention have my hubby bring the pack to me to get on my back (I hoisted it myself this time)!

Thank-you so much for helping me to find my lost motivation for being fit. It feels really good to know that "I can". I only hope that others out there decide to Body Buster a try so they can discover for themselves their own fitness potential. The results from my classes are utterly amazing and I *highly* recommend you to all my family and friends.

What to say? I don't want to scare people off but I also want to fully express how intense, exciting, and entertaining these workouts are. I have been a member now since January 2008 when I joined with three girlfriends (water aerobics wasn't cutting it for us). Initially I thought that I would give it a try as my New Years Get Fit plan. I have stuck with it, worked it into my weekly schedule and actually really look forward to it and miss it on the days off. My goal initially was to get fit, have more energy and just feel better about myself and what I could accomplish. I have achieved all of these things with the added benefit that my clothes fit much better (even needed to buy new ones) and I am seeing a lot more muscle definition then I can ever remember. I also play competitive soccer where I am noticing big improvements. My recovery time after exertion is so much better and I am a much stronger and faster player. Even my husband is now a member he was so impressed with my progress.
I totally love the intensity, entire body workout, and the sense of accomplishment I feel when I get home. Classes are always different so I am never bored. This workout totally suits me. I guess you are wondering where the entertaining part comes in? I will leave this to you to experience but as a hint picture running around with an exercise ball and tell me you won't laugh at yourself.
Highly recommend Body Buster Fitness!! Can't wait for my next session to start. (Oh ya.. all three of my friends are also still members.)

I had been looking for something new to help me on the road to my recovery from some illness and injury. I was a little tentative with Bootcamp but decided to try a month with you and after my first day I am looking forward to every day. As someone who exercises at least 5 days a week alone this gives me something a little more creative and I like being yelled at. I love the modifications and after speaking to my instructor about my issues I was reassured that if I spoke up about any problems I may have she can help me through them. I look forward to the changes in my body and the challenges that are coming. It's nice to be in a setting with others rather than in my gym alone. Speaking with other members on the first day who have been coming for a long time and seeing their bodies and having them tell me about their changes was great encouragement. My instructor is a great leader and extremely motivating. If I don't sweat during a workout, I don't feel like I've done anything and I was soaked after this one! I will be making this my regular workout routine all year round. Thank You Body Buster Fitness! I'm so glad I joined.

It's a fun class with a great vibe, great instructors and lots of variety.

The exercises are easy to get into but hard to master and keep challenging you to become more fit with each class.

Been body busting for more than two years. It makes me strong, physically and mentally and has allowed me to make some great new friends. We sweat together three times a week, and on off days we sometimes do other things like make breakfast for the Out of the Cold program.

I joined this class because of my daughter-in-law Jessica. I would have never thought of joining. But she seemed to be enjoying the class so much and she was so proud of the muscles in her arms. The 6:00am class seemed crazy but it is not too bad. It gets me going in the mornings. I have to admit there are some mornings that I struggle getting out of bed, but Jessica is a great motivator. I hurt sometimes after class. But I can only hope that it will get easier as I go along. I have just registered for the next session and hope to be able to show off my muscles some day.

I love Body Buster Fitness! I feel great after each workout! Even after a long, stressful (and sometimes draining) day at work...I look forward to going to my EC 7:30 class. Our instructor always welcomes us with a big smile. She facilitates the class with "tough love". She is very positive, supportive, encouraging and motivating. I have been struggling with weight loss and incorporating fitness into my weekly routine for a number of years. I have tried it all! Finally, as I was driving home from work in August 2009, it was right there in front of me...a white SUV with great big writing Body Buster Fitness Bootcamp could this be the answer to all my prayers? Indeed it was! I cannot tell you how much this program has changed my body, mind...my life. Kara is absolutely wonderful! She is a great motivator and someone who understands your personal needs, strengths and weaknesses. She has helped me realize that if I try and put my mind to it, I can do anything (okay maybe not burpees but at least I can do a few compared to none!). Our instructor, through tough love, puts the true meaning behind "no pain, no gain". It's the kind of pain I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday especially after seeing the results. What I do like most about the classes is the comfort. Every member is there for the same reason, different goals but same mindset. You don't have the "eyes on you” feeling you get at the gym - no one is there judging you. Thank you Body Buster and thank you Kara for helping me get into shape and feel like a million bucks! Because of you, I have changed from being the person who tried to fit a workout into my schedule to the person who plans around her bootcamp sessions. I am totally committed. I joined BBF in May 2009 and have been attending 3 classes per week. I noticed results instantly, in three months of bootcamp I have lost 32 lbs and 24 inches. I love attending the bootcamp classes, because it works! Attending bootcamp has become part of my regular routine. I look forward to attending the class and I push myself a bit more each time. I plan on continuing with BBF because my overall quality of life has drastically improved. My strength, energy level and overall fitness ability have dramatically increased. I look forward to challenging myself in the future classes, and achieving my weight loss and fitness goals. Body Buster Fitness is amazing! I first saw an advertisement on a flyer, so I checked it out online. I liked what I saw and I decided to give it a try. When I started the first week, I was honestly a bit scared of what was to come, but when I actually did it, I found that I had improved my overall level of fitness noticeably. IN THE FIRST WEEK! All of a sudden, I was the first person finishing the jogs, I was pushing myself ten times further than I would have been able to go before, and I started craving the next work-outs. I'm not even done my first month and I am already many pounds lighter than I was before. The Members Red Zone feature helped me organize my exercising and dieting, while the people in my class motivated me the most. There's nothing like being on empty and having someone right beside you cheer you on. I played semi-pro football 2 years ago, but due to a serious ankle injury, I haven't been able to play, so my goal recently was to train my ankle to endure high paced impact(e.g. running) and improve my overall fitness to be able to compete at that level again. Thanks to Body Buster Fitness' regimen of cardio, weight-training and stretching, not only have I reached these goals, my coaches and I agree that I'm actually in better shape than before I had my ankle injury. It looks like I'm going to be first-team again this year.

Joining Body Buster Fitness has been an incredible experience for me. First of all, I have never (note the word "never"!!) been "fit" in my life. Less than two months ago, I used to run to my bus stop in the morning and be gasping for air. I was really hesitant to join the class because I was on my own and was afraid that one hour would be too intense for me. Instead, the instructors provided a non intimidating, friendly environment by using positive reinforcement to encourage all of us to push ourselves as hard as we could. I have tried joining gyms numerous times over the years but I could never motivate myself to continue going. I always found it frustrating that I didn't really know which machine to use and how to use it and I personally found running on a treadmill while watching tv screens with no sound and captions incredibly boring. Now I look forward to every Body Buster Fitness class because they are always different and equally challenging. I love that all I have to do is show up and let them take care of me by telling me what to do for the entire session. The biggest milestone for me was seeing my timed improvement for the 1K run - within just four weeks of my first session, I managed to bring my 1K run time down by a whole minute! Not only that, I was in total shock when I discovered how many inches I lost after just four weeks when they did the post measurements. I've also noticed a shift in my overall mental well being - and the mood must be infectious because my friends and family have definitely noticed and commented on it. The best thing about this program is that the staff never seem to stop listening and evolving the program based on our feedback and requests. I really couldn't have asked for more in a fitness program!

My life is busy, busy, busy! Operating my business and with a family including two small children (one with special needs), I was ready to get back in shape. I needed some time to myself to get out of the house since I work from a home office and get moving again! I was always active in my teens and twenties, with softball,volleyball, aerobics classes and biking and since being married and having kids and starting a small business, the physical fitness part of my life diminished so I was thrilled to find and love Body Buster Fitness! My main goal to to gain overall strength and to care for my growing daughter with special needs. At 2 years old she has very limited mobility so I HAVE to be fit to care for her. The classes have everything my body needs to gain strength, endurance and flexibility. Our instructor motivates the class just when we need the extra push to finish a set. The classes are fun, fast and enthusiastic. Thanks for getting me moving again! I recommend Body Buster to all who are thinking about get fit again. Try a class and you'll see for yourself!

After joining body buster in December I thought I would only be signing up for a one month session however once you start I find you cant stop! It's a very great motivator for this time a year as I tend to become very lazy and enjoy the couch way to much! So far the results are wonderful and the instructor is awesome! I have just signed up for a following 6 months and I am really looking forward to the outdoor classes. Although each class is a challenge and doesn't seem to be getting much easier, the way you feel after accomplishing another class is like no other! Bodybuster is great and I hope to have some friends joining in the near future!

Joining Body Buster Fitness was the best thing I ever did! I have never experienced a work out of this kind. Each class pushes you to the max and leaves you feeling amazing! Because each class is unique and designed to be different than the previous class, you get that sore feeling no matter what...the good sore like "wow I never knew I had that muscle"! Boot Camp has become a very positive routine for me, it's like an all around wellness program no matter what level of fitness you are at. First, I must commend the amazing staff that Body Buster Fitness has hired to teach the classes. I began bootcamp this past January not knowing what the teacher would be like and was slightly nervous. I walked in there thinking, "If my bootcamp instructor has super HUGE muscles and wears tight t-shirts and is way too tanned I am outta here". Instead, I got the best teacher I could ask for! He is amazing, motivational, a great communicator, and understanding. He has helped me to remember that one can become passionate about working out and being active. . . this is a person i never thought I would be again. Now I LOVE the feeling after a workout. I love the resistence training! It was also amazing to see what you can do with the yoga ball . . it is so hard, but gets amazing results. The feeling of getting a sweat going in a workout is so important and these classes allow me to push myself each and every class, a little more every time. I signed up for three more consecutive sessions after my first session and I know I will sign up for more after those three months are over. I do not have the motivation on my own, but knowing that there are others waiting for me at my class is my motivation. Having someone tell you what workouts to do and show me how to do them is exactly what I need to keep working out and staying healthy. I don't want to go to a gym and work on machines and Body Buster Fitness is like having a personal trainer without paying thousands of daollars for one. I am so happy that there are so many different locations for each bootcamp and it allows me the ability to work around my schedule more easily with all of the options available. Body Buster Fitness is an amazing organization and I am so glad I tried it out and even more excited about how good I feel health wise now. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I'm pumped - physically and mentally - because I'm coming up to #200 in Body Buster bootcamp classes. No wonder I'm on my third pair of cross trainers! I have attended bootcamp religiously since its first bootcamp in August 2007, and no foolin', every single workout has been unique. While the exercises are repeated (those darn burpies!), the exercises have never been in the same pattern or sequence. The reason for that is the EXCEPTIONAL training and motivation provided by instructor. She is motivated, energizing, demanding and encouraging - the Body Buster Tasmanian devil she is. Boot camp is an integral part of my life now - it challenges me physically, it keeps me healthy and active, and to my delight, has grown my social network with terrific new friends. Love it!

Body Busters is the most fun I've had working out. I have donated money to the gym for many years and the Body Busters classes make me want to work out. The fact that it's outdoors, in the fresh air, you work out with other people and the classes are always different is what keeps me coming back!

Body Buster Fitness has given me the motivation I need to get back into shape again. I used to work out a lot, but over the past few years I haven't been very active. Ever since starting my boot camp classes I have felt a real change in my body (including muscle soreness so I know I have worked out hard). It's awesome because I feel like I am getting in shape again. It is making me want to workout even harder and get into even better shape. One of the things I like the most about the class is the environment. There is something refreshing about exercising outdoors and the positive class environment makes me feel comfortable working out. My first night of Boot Camp, I was nervous - I knew it would be a great program to get me in shape but I was intimidated that I wouldn't be "fit" enough to keep up with the class - was I wrong! The best thing about Boot Camp is the fact that YOU are in control of how hard or how easy the class is - the instructors are extremely positive and there's no doubt that they try and push you but it's never forced. If you do not feel you can complete a specific move, they always have an alternative move so you're still working the muscles. And, when you do accomplish the more difficult exercise, the instructors are the first to congratulate you and make you feel like you've really accomplished something (for those who know me - actually running the timed 1 km run is a prime example - and to think, before January, I NEVER ran!). Body Buster Fitness has been such a positive influence on my life - I have more strength, stamina and cardio endurance which let's me enjoy life more with my husband and two kids and I really enjoy the classes (which are never the same) with both the friends I joined with (yes, we're all still doing it together since January!) as well as the friends I've made in class. I LOVE my new body shape - since I joined in January 2007, I've lost a total of 19.5 INCHES - and it's great getting compliments from friends and family! There is one down side to Body Buster Fitness - you end up having to shop more for smaller sizes in clothes!! Thank you Body Buster Fitness - you've helped me improve my fitness life!

Being a couch potato, I'd rather exercise lying down than doing burpees, but Kara would never agree to it. I joined BBF last March, having been introduced to the program by Annette, with the objective of reducing a high level of stress and building my cardio stamina. I've never been keen on exercise programs, and a one-time trial in a gym membership a long time ago failed miserably. So I joined BBF with few expectations. I've been amazed at how much I have accomplished, especially since working out with the same group of people bonds us together with mostly the same skill sets. As a bonus, I lost some unneeded weight and a couple of tummy inches, although I still have difficulty running a full km and doing burpees and planks. That's a work-in-progress, with BBF letting me do what I can and still challenging me for more effort. No program, though, will work without a dynamic and spontaneous leader. Our instructor fits the bill beautifully, with her friendly smile and dazzling personality as she kicks butt and fibs about "only 10 more!" I'm sold on BBF! Keep up the great work.
