Registration How can I confirm my registration?

If you paid by Credit Card or Online Interac, you should receive an Approved Transaction Receipt in your email. This is your confirmation.

If you are paying by cash or cheque, your registration is NOT confirmed until we receive payment OR you submit a Program Reservation Form.

Program Reservation Form - this form guarantees your spot in class. Complete it in full, and then fax or mail it in as soon as possible.

Cheques - if paying by cheque, please mail it into our office.

I will not be available for some of the next program. Can I still come out for some of the classes?

Yes, Body Buster Fitness® wants to do everything we can to encourage our members to keep on track with their health, fitness, & well being. It also depends on availability. Body Buster will do its best to accommodate all members with a fair Price for the requested class times, locations, & Dates. Please submit your requests to your local Body Buster office.

My credit card was declined. Can I send you my card details?

Yes, via fax.

For security reasons, please do NOT send your credit card information via email.

Fitness Evaluation & Measurement Day When and where is the fitness evaluation?

All fitness evaluations and measurements will be held at various locations in different cities.

The fitness evaluation is held over a 1 hour period, on the Sunday afternoon before the 4 week Body Buster Fitness® Program begins.

The fitness evaluation takes about 20 minutes per person.

Is the fitness evaluation mandatory?

No. The Fitness Evaluation is optional.

We provide the fitness evaluation as an option to our members. It allows you to get a sense of your fitness level at the beginning of the program to better gage your fitness progression over your program. You'll be able to see your measurable results in your measurements and your fitness level.

Can I pay for my program at the fitness evaluation?

Absolutely.

You can pay for your program at the fitness evaluation.

NOTE - your spot in class is not guaranteed until we receive full payment. As classes can fill up quickly, if you wait until the Fitness Evaluation day to pay, your spot may already be taken by another member. We recommend paying online or mailing in your payment before the Fitness Evaluation day.

Cheques may be made payable to the Body Buster® company you are registering with (e.g. Body Buster Fitness® Burlington). Please verify company name with your local Body Buster® office.

What To Wear What do I need to bring to the Fitness Evaluation?

Bring a bottle of water, and wear running shoes and comfortable work-out clothes.

What do I need to wear for my class?

Comfortable running shoes and fitting work-out clothes.

Dress for the weather! Wear layers as necessary as they can be removed as you feel suitable.

Avoid materials that don't allow you to be flexible.

What To Eat When should I eat before coming to class?

Eat something light no later than an hour and a half to an hour prior to attending a Body Buster® class.

Bring one or two bottles of water to class.

Should I bring a bottle of water?

Absolutely. Staying hydrated is a vital part of any fitness program.

Equipment What equipment do I need for class?

For all of your classes, you will require a set of hand weights, and an exercise mat.

For women, we recommend starting with 5lb weights. For men, we recommend starting with 8lb weights. This is just a guideline. Talk to your instructor if you have any concerns about the weights you are using.

You will also need an exercise ball for some of your classes.

If you have a class on either a Wednesday or Thursday, you will need your ball for those days during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week of the program. You do NOT need your ball during the first week of classes. Most of our members use a 65cm ball.

Your Body Buster® Instructor will bring to class a variety of other equipment to keep the classes exciting, fun & interesting.

***All equipment may be purchased from Body Buster® and can be delivered to you at your class.***

When do I need to bring my ball to class?

The exercise ball is only used during Wednesday and Thursday classes of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week of the program. You do NOT need your ball during the first week.

Make Up / Rescheduling Classes Am I allowed to reschedule a class?

Yes, depending on class space availability. Rescheduling requests are processed through the Member's Area section.

All active members have access to the Member's Area.

I missed a class. Can I make it up?

Body Buster Fitness® offers all members the opportunity to reschedule their missed classes throughout the program. Please review terms and conditions in the members area.

How do I make up a missed class?

You can use members area to schedule your makeup classes. You can access the Member's Area, by going to the Body Buster Fitness® homepage and scrolling to the top right of any Body Buster® page on this site. Click "Member Login" and enter your email and your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "forgot password" button.

I already used my two makeup classes. Can I makeup more?

Members can purchase credits that can be redeemed for additional makeup classes. We always urge members to use their free makeup classes wisely as to not waste them.

Can I just call or email in when I need to schedule a makeup class?

No. With thousands of members, we are unable to manually process all the requests we receive each program.

If you call or email in a change request, it most likely will not be dealt with in a timely manner. Our administrative staff are very busy, and will likely email you back with instructions on how to use members area.

Class Times How long are the classes?

One (1) hour.

What happens if I am late for a class?

Please try your best to arrive on time as lateness is disruptive to the classes.

What if I need to leave class early?

If you need to leave class early for any reason, please try to be the least disruptive as possible when leaving.

Where can I view my class schedule?

All active members have access to the Members Area. - the Client Registration and Information System.

Class Cancellations & Weather OUTDOORS - Is class cancelled due to rain?

No!

Rain or Shine!

This is BOOTCAMP after all! Class will go on!

However if there is a severe thunderstorm occurring in the region where your Body Buster class takes place, at the time of your class, your class will be cancelled and all members will be able to make up their class at another date & time. You will be notified by the Body Buster office.

INDOORS - Is class cancelled during a snow storm?

It depends on the severity of the snowstorm.

If the facility should close down due to weather, classes will be cancelled and all members will be able to makeup their class at another date & time. (via members area)

Otherwise, class does go on.

How will I know if class is cancelled / rescheduled?

All members should visit the Class Cancellation Page in the Member's Area to see if there have been any changes to their class.

Please note that you must be logged into your member account to view the Class Cancellations page.

Should I call or email to check for cancellations?

No. Please check the Cancellation Page in the Members Area.

Please refrain from calling and emailing the office to see if the class will be cancelled. With thousands of members, it is not possible to handle a flood of phone calls every time the weather is uncooperative.

Will you notify me when my class is cancelled?

We will do our best.

As soon as we have confirmation of a cancelled class we will update the Members Area. That is the best place to check to see if your class is cancelled.

If we have sufficient notice, we will send emails to the affected members.

In rare circumstances we will phone and/or leave a voicemail.

Web Store How can I place an order for Protein Bars, Whey Protein Powder, Equipment or Clothing?

You can make all purchases online through the Body Buster Web Store. The Web Store is located in the "Members Area" of the website. You may also make purchases through your instructor at class. All purchases will be delivered to you at class.

Bring a Friend I have a friend who would like to try a class, is this possible?

Yes, we allow guests who are referred only by a current member to attend one (1) free trial class. The guest must attend the same class as the member who has referred them. As a current member please send in your "friend request" through the Members Area "bring a friend" form. Please include all information requested.

Your Body Buster Instructor Are all Body Buster® Instructors qualified?

"Yes. All Body Buster® trainers have completed the Body Buster® Instructor Training Program / Body Buster® Service Excellence Training, and are qualified Group Fitness Instructor Specialists and/or Personal Trainers as well as have valid first aid and CPR. Body Buster® trainers all bring with them unique backgrounds and various education.
