Registration

Classes can be registered through our website, mobile app, by phone.

You can register for classes in advance anytime until the end of your membership. As for membership, you can set a future start date when you select your membership package. This allows you to plan ahead and ensure that you have a spot in the classes you want to attend, as well as to take advantage of the benefits of membership.

Here are some things to keep in mind when attending your first Body Buster Fitness class:

  • Arrive early: Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class start time to check in, fill out any necessary forms and meet your instructor.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes: Dress for the weather and wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for flexibility and movement. Make sure to wear comfortable running shoes.
  • Bring water and a towel: Make sure to bring a water bottle and a towel to class. Staying hydrated is important and a towel will come in handy during class.
  • Be prepared to work hard: Be prepared to work hard and push yourself during class. Remember that you can always take breaks and go at your own pace.
  • Ask questions: Don’t be afraid to ask your instructor questions. They are there to help you and make sure you have a safe and effective workout.
  • Have fun: Most importantly, remember to have fun! Exercise should be enjoyable and Body Buster Fitness classes are designed to be fun and exciting.

What To Wear

We recommend wearing comfortable running shoes. They will provide adequate support and stability for the type of exercises you’ll be doing.

Dress for the workout! Wear comfortable and breathable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid materials that don’t stretch well, such as denim, as they may limit your range of motion.

Yes, you should dress for the weather! Wear layers as necessary, as they can be removed as you feel suitable. During the colder months, it’s best to wear clothes that will keep you warm and dry, such as a jacket, long sleeve shirt, or a light sweater. During the warmer months, wear clothes that will help you stay cool and dry, such as shorts or light t-shirts.

What To Drink and Eat?

We recommend eating something light about 1.5 – 2 hours prior to class. This could be a small snack or a light meal such as a sandwich or salad. It’s important to have enough energy to sustain you through the class but not feeling too full.

Yes, it’s important to stay hydrated throughout the class. We recommend bringing one or two bottles of water to class. It’s also great to stay hydrated throughout the day!

Equipment

Welcome to Body Buster Fitness! To fully participate in our classes, we recommend having a set of hand weights and an exercise mat.

As a guideline, we recommend starting with 5lb weights for women and 8lb weights for men. However, please keep in mind that this is just a suggestion and your instructor will be happy to help you determine the appropriate weights for your fitness level.

Our Body Buster Instructors bring a variety of equipment to each class to keep things exciting and fun. And don’t worry if you don’t have your own equipment, we have you covered! All equipment needed for class can be purchased from Body Buster and delivered right to your class location. So, come ready to sweat and leave the rest to us!

Member's Area Access

Welcome to the Body Buster Fitness family! As a member, you have the convenience of accessing your account through our website or mobile app.

To log in on our website, simply visit the Body Buster Fitness homepage and click on the “Member Login” button located in the top right corner of any page. Enter your email and password to access the online portal.

For added convenience, you can also download the Body Buster app on your mobile device and access your account and all its features with just a few clicks.

If you ever forget your password, don’t worry! Simply click on the “Forgot Password” button and follow the steps outlined in the email sent to you to reset it.

And don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case!

Rescheduling and scheduling your fitness classes

At Body Buster, we understand that flexibility is key when it comes to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. That’s why we’ve made it easy for our members to schedule and reschedule their fitness classes through our user-friendly online portal and mobile app.

Whether you need to book a class in advance or make a last-minute change, our system allows you to easily view available class times, reserve your spot, and make any necessary adjustments to your schedule. Plus, with real-time updates, you’ll always know the status of your classes and never miss a workout.

To ensure that our members have the best experience possible, we require that class cancellations be made at least 6 hours before the start time for regular classes and 12 hours before the start time for Saturday and specialty classes. This will allow us to give other members the opportunity to take the class. However, if you are in a rush, you can also book a class up to the minute if there are spots available.

At Body Buster, we understand that things can come up and plans can change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we want to make sure you don’t miss out on the opportunity to work towards your fitness goals.

Our class booking system does deduct the class credit from your account whether you attend or not. However, in emergency situations, we want to make sure that you are still able to make the most of your membership. If you are unable to attend a class due to an emergency, please reach out to us and let us know the situation. We will do our best to accommodate you with a complimentary class credit for future bookings during the term of your membership.

Don’t let a full class stop you from reaching your fitness goals! If the class you’re interested in is currently full, simply add yourself to the waiting list. The best part? There’s no charge to join the waiting list, and you’ll be the first to know when a spot opens up. Our system will send you an email and text notification via our Body Buster app, giving you direct access to book the class. Be quick to secure your spot – the first person to book will get it! Don’t miss out on your chance to achieve your fitness aspirations.

Class Times

All of our classes are precisely one hour in length, including a comprehensive warm-up and a relaxing cool-down stretch. This ensures that you get the most out of your workout, while also taking care of your body and preventing injury.

At Body Buster, we know that life can be unpredictable and things may come up that cause you to be late for class. But, we want to ensure that your safety and workout effectiveness is a top priority. That’s why we ask that all members arrive on time for class, so you can properly warm up and prepare your body for the workout ahead. But if you do happen to be late, don’t worry – our instructors will make sure you get a quick warm up in so you can still have a safe and effective workout. So, please don’t stress if you are running a little late, come in and get your workout on!

If you need to leave class early we kindly request that you inform your instructor before the class begins, and make your exit as discreetly as possible to minimize disruptions to the class. We want to ensure that all members have a positive and enjoyable workout experience, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

As an active member, you can easily view your upcoming class schedule and make any necessary changes or adjustments. Class Cancellations & Weather

At Body Buster, we pride ourselves on providing our members with consistent and high-quality fitness classes, rain or shine. However, in the rare case of severe weather conditions, we prioritize the safety of our members and instructors. In the event of a class cancellation due to a severe thunderstorm, members will be able to reschedule their class for another date and time. Our team will send out email notifications in advance to inform members of any cancellations. And don’t worry, if you need to switch a day, time or location for any reason, you can always submit a class change through the Body Buster app or portal. Stay safe and stay fit with Body Buster!

Yes, absolutely! At Body Buster, we believe that working out with friends and family can be a fun and rewarding experience. That’s why we’re excited to offer our members the ability to bring a friend or family member along to try a class.

It’s easy to do, just visit the “bring a friend” page on our website and complete the form to submit a friend request.

Be sure to include all the required information. We can’t wait to have your friends and family join in on the Body Buster fun!

Your Body Buster Instructor

Absolutely! Our Body Buster trainers are the best of the best! Not only have they completed our rigorous Body Buster Instructor Training Program and Service Excellence Training, but they also hold certifications as Group Fitness Instructor Specialists and/or Personal Trainers.

Safety is our top priority, which is why all of our trainers are also certified in first aid and CPR. But what really sets our trainers apart is their diverse backgrounds and education. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, making every workout session an exciting and unique experience.
