Body Buster Fitness® Mission Statement

Refund Policy

Body Buster Fitness® does not provide refunds.

All Body Buster® orders, purchases, and/or registrations (including, but not limited to, payments, memberships, programs, classes, merchandise, equipment, clothing, and products) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled.

Medical Policy

In the event a member is unable to complete the fitness program(s) due to a medical condition/reason, the member may submit to their Body Buster® Office a signed medical doctor’s note stating that they are unable to continue to take the fitness program(s) due to their medical circumstance. A credit for the remainder of the class(es) will be approved to use when both the member and their doctor see the member fit to return to Body Buster® fitness services.

Missing Class/Class Credit Policy

Body Buster Fitness® members have the ability to remove themselves from any scheduled class until the start time of the booked class. The member’s class credit will be returned to their account and they may apply the credit to another class within the term of their membership. Should the member not attend their booked class and fails to remove themselves prior to the class start time, their class credit will be applied to the class and the credit will not be refunded as a spot was held. If a class attendance is full, members may add their name to the waiting list. When a spot in the class opens up, members on the waiting list will be notified by email and given the opportunity to book the class on a first come, first serve basis. Missed classes/credits may not be carried over into another membership period, have no monetary value and will not be refunded if left unclaimed.

Weather Policy

Rain or shine, hot or cold, all Body Buster Fitness® classes will run as scheduled. Only under extreme weather circumstances at the location and during the time of the affected class will the class be cancelled. As soon as the Body Buster Fitness® office confirms any class cancellation, the active members on the class list will receive an e-mail notification. The member’s class credit will be returned to their account and they may apply the credit to another class within the term of their membership. Body Buster® members have the ability to reschedule classes on their own due to weather conditions.

Child Policy

Body Buster Fitness® requests that members do not bring their children with them to class. This is as a courtesy to your fellow class mates who have registered for an adult oriented program. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.

Pet Policy

Body Buster Fitness® requests that members do not bring their pets with them to class. This is as a courtesy to your fellow class mates who have registered for an adult oriented program as not everyone is comfortable around pets. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.

Non-Compete Policy

All Body Buster® Members agree that any information obtained by participating in Body Buster Fitness® program about the program, policies, or structure cannot be used as a basis upon which to develop or have a third party develop a competing or similar product.
