Body Buster Fitness® does not provide refunds.
All Body Buster® orders, purchases, and/or registrations (including, but not limited to, payments, memberships, programs, classes, merchandise, equipment, clothing, and products) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled.
In the event a member is unable to complete the program(s) due to a medical condition/reason, the member may submit to their Body Buster® Office (via fax or e-mail) a signed medical doctor’s note stating that he/she is unable to continue to take the program(s) due to their medical circumstance. A credit for the remainder of the class(es) will be approved to use when both the member and their doctor see the member fit to return to the Body Buster® Program.
Missing Class/Class Credit Policy
Body Buster Fitness® provides all members 2 complimentary Make up classes per four (4) week program. Body Buster® members are purchasing a bulk program and not individual classes.
All Body Buster® members may have the flexibility of making up a total of two (2) missed scheduled classes by providing Body Buster Fitness® with 48 hours advanced notification prior to missing any class. All qualified Make up classes must be taken within the same 4 week program of purchase.
Missed classes may not be carried over into another registration period, have no monetary value and will not be refunded if left unclaimed.
Rain or shine, hot or cold, all Body Buster Fitness® classes will run as scheduled. Only under extreme weather circumstances at the location and during the time of the affected class will the class be cancelled. As soon as the Body Buster Fitness® office confirms any class cancellation, a notification will appear in the Member’s Area of the Body Buster Fitness® website on the “Class Cancellation Page”. The affected class members will also receive e-mail notification.
Body Buster Fitness® requests that members do not bring their children with them to class. This is as a courtesy to your fellow class mates who have registered for an adult oriented program. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration.

All Body Buster® Members agree that any information obtained by participating in Body Buster Fitness® program about the program, policies, or structure cannot be used as a basis upon which to develop or have a third party develop a competing or similar product.
This policy applies to Body Buster Inc., Body Buster Franchise Corp., and all Body Buster Fitness® Franchisees operating under the trade name Body Buster Fitness®.
At Body Buster Fitness®, the security and integrity of our customers’ personal information is important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our customers while providing the high level fitness services they expect.
Body Buster Fitness® has in place privacy and security practices to safeguard our customers’ personal information.
Personal information collected by Body Buster Fitness® is information about an identifiable individual that may include such information as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and birth date.
Body Buster Fitness® ensures that customer information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Customers can challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and request adjustment as appropriate.
Changes may be made to this policy. You will be notified of significant changes to this policy either by a posting of a key announcement on the site, and/or by a message sent to the e-mail address you have provided, when enrolling for Body Buster Fitness® services.
