Our bootcamp group training program is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that combines strength training, cardiovascular endurance training, agility and stability training, and more. With the guidance and support of our qualified instructors, you can push yourself to new limits and achieve results you never thought possible. Our trainers are dedicated to providing modifications and challenges for people of all fitness levels, so everyone can participate and benefit.

We offer Fitness Bootcamp programs year-round with 10 Bootcamp programs throughout the year (4 weeks on, 1 week off). Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp training runs from May to October and Indoor Fitness Bootcamp training runs from October to May. To make it more convenient for our members, we also offer Hybrid Memberships, which combines Body Buster Fitness “in-person” and “live online” classes. Customize your training schedule by booking classes at any available Body Buster location/date/time during your membership duration through your easy-to-use member account.
