Personal Training That Actually Fits Your Life
If you’ve ever started a workout plan you found online — or copied what a friend was doing at the gym — you already know the problem. It’s not built for you. It doesn’t know your schedule, your old knee injury, the fact that you hate burpees, or that you’re training for a 10K in the spring. Eventually it stops fitting, and eventually you stop showing up.
That’s the gap personal training is supposed to close. At Body Buster Fitness, it’s built to close it whether you’re training with us in person here in Toronto and Etobicoke, or online from wherever you are.
How Body Buster Personal Training Works
Every client starts the same way: an initial fitness assessment, so your coach actually knows where you’re starting from, followed by a nutrition plan and a one-on-one coaching session to set your goals. From there, your sessions are yours to book whenever works for you, right through the Body Buster App.
Sessions run a full 60 minutes, and the training itself pulls from the same toolbox that’s made our bootcamps work for almost two decades — obstacle courses, strength training, cardio and endurance work, agility and stability drills, running and power walking, stretching, and more. The difference is that in personal training, it’s all built around one person: you.
In-Person or Online — Genuinely Either One
Not everyone wants to train the same way, so we didn’t build it that way.
In-person means a coach standing next to you, correcting your form in real time, spotting you, pushing you a little further than you’d push yourself. It’s the right call if you’re recovering from an injury, brand new to structured training, or you just focus better with someone in the room.
Online means the same coaching relationship — goal-setting, accountability, a real person checking in on you — without needing to be anywhere in particular. It’s a strong fit if your schedule doesn’t cooperate with a fixed location, if you travel, or if you just prefer training on your own turf.
Plenty of our members actually move between the two depending on the season or what’s going on in their life. That flexibility is the point.
What’s Included
Starter Packages (6 weeks) are the low-commitment way to try it out:
- In-person: 6 sessions
- Online: 6 sessions
Membership Packages are for people who already know they’re in it for the results:
- 10 sessions (in-person or online) over 2 months, or 20 sessions over 3 months
- Per-session rates drop as you commit to more sessions — in-person runs
One thing worth knowing up front: every personal training client also needs an active Body Buster PRO membership. That’s what gives you the app access, nutrition and workout planning tools, and progress tracking that your coach uses to actually build your plan around you — not an extra add-on so much as the foundation the training sits on.
Who It’s Actually For
Honestly — anyone. We say it because we mean it: AnyBODY can benefit, from someone who’s never set foot in a gym to someone training for a race or working around an old injury. Personal training isn’t a reward for already being fit. It’s usually the fastest way to get there, because you’re not guessing anymore. Someone’s actually watching, adjusting, and keeping you accountable.
We’ve heard this directly from members who came to us mid-recovery from an injury and needed a program built carefully around what their body could actually handle that week — not a generic plan that assumed they were starting from zero. That’s the kind of adjusting a real coach does that a workout app can’t.
Getting Started
If you’ve been thinking about it, this is usually the moment people talk themselves out of it — so don’t. Pick whichever feels like less of a leap: a Starter Package if you want to test the waters, or a Membership Package if you’re ready to commit to a stretch of real progress.
You can see full package details and register directly on our Personal Training page, or reach out to our team at 416-619-4456 and we’ll help you figure out which option makes sense for you.
Your plan should work around your life, not the other way around. That’s really the whole idea.
