Introducing Stretch Class: The Newest Way to Move With Body Buster
Stretching has quietly been part of every single Body Buster bootcamp class since we started in 2007. It’s baked into the toolbox alongside obstacle courses, strength work and cardio intervals — the part of class that gets you moving well, not just moving hard. This fall, we’re doing something we’ve never done before: giving it a class of its own.
Starting Fall 2026, Body Buster is launching Stretch Class — a standalone program in the High Park, Bloor West Village, Junction Toronto Area and at a later time in Etobicoke built entirely around stretching and mobility. No obstacle courses, no sprint intervals. Just the work that helps everything else in your life — bootcamp, sport, or simply getting through a workday — feel better.
Why We’ve Always Believed in Stretching
Ask any Body Buster coach and they’ll tell you the same thing: the members who stretch consistently move better, recover faster, and get hurt less. It’s never been an optional add-on in our classes — it’s shown up in every single one, because it works. Stretch Class is really just us taking something we’ve always valued and giving it the room to be its own thing.
Stretching regularly does more than help you touch your toes. Done consistently, it improves your range of motion, eases tension that builds up from sitting or repetitive movement, helps your joints move the way they’re supposed to, and can meaningfully cut down on the aches that show up after a hard workout or a long week. It’s also just genuinely relaxing — a class built around slowing down, breathing, and giving your body attention instead of asking more of it.
Who It’s For
Honestly — everybody. That’s not a marketing line, it’s the actual design of the class. Stretch Class is built for all ages and all fitness levels and abilities, whether you’re a longtime Body Buster bootcamper looking to round out your training, an athlete managing tight hips and hamstrings, someone recovering from an injury who needs a gentler place to start, or someone who’s never taken a fitness class in their life and wants an easy, welcoming entry point. AnyBODY can do this — that’s the whole idea.
