I have been in the Body Buster Program since January 2014.
What I like most about the Body Buster program is that Kim encourages us and always makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Everyday is something different. I also very much enjoy working out with all of the other members, its like we are a family.
I have never weighed myself so I am not sure how much I’ve lost but my clothes all fit looser. The last time I was measured I had lost over 5 inches. I have chosen to continue with Body Buster because I feel cared for as Kim is always making sure we are ok. I love to challenge myself and hope I always beat my last numbers and there is never a boring class. I am always trying to improve. Kim and the other members are great motivation. Since I have joined Body Buster I have done two things that I thought I would never do, I ran a 10k and did the Grouse Grind!
In terms of overall health I feel great, I feel stronger than before I started, My cardio is getting better everyday. I have asthma but since I have been doing Body Buster my routine tests that I do yearly have greatly improved. I feel more confident to want to try other things.
I have gained better health, a good sense of well being and an improved fitness level. I know I can do anything and I no longer feel there is no way I can do that. I am more willing to at least try and I will always give it 100%. I have gained pride in myself.
Also, a lot of members have been going for a while and I love to see the improvement in all of them. I am amazed at how hard all the members work.
I would tell people who may have never taken the Body Buster Program before that once you try it you will be hooked. You should never worry that it will be too hard because you can always modify. You will feel very welcome. You will be attending boot camp but you have lots of fun while you are there you can’t believe how fast the time goes.
I also just want to say that I am glad that I called the number back in Dec 2013. I was convinced to come out and try so I attended 2 times a week for one month. I then signed up for 3 months at 2 times a week. From there, a year for 3 times a week as I had a nice extended vacation at the beginning of the year and Body Busters has been very flexible letting me make up time. I have now just signed up for another year but this time I will be going 4 times a week! So be kind Kim!
