What I like most about the program is that no matter what your fitness level is, you can customize to fit your current needs. You can continue to challenge yourself with every class. The trainers are great, I enjoy the workouts and enjoy the challenge and the feeling of accomplishment when I finish a class.

The Body Buster program has helped me get back on track with my fitness and food choices. Im not as tempted to cheat because that would mean more burpees!

In terms of overall health I have gained more discipline, self confidence and motivation to continue no matter what. Now that I see results, and I’m getting stronger I don’t want to give up!

I have chosen to continue because it’s very important to me to stay healthy and have energy, while setting a good example to my children that exercise and good food choices are extremely important to our overall health and well being.

I would encourage who has never taken the program before to take the challenge and with hard work they will too see results. There will always be excuses not to exercise but you need to make your health and fitness a priority. Exercise eventually becomes regular part of your life like brushing your teeth. Therefore, stop making excuses and your body will thank you.

I will never forget my first class thinking that I would not survive, but I did. I kept coming back and challenging myself and in time I started to get stronger. I hope that my experience will motivate others to make a change in their life and join Body Buster.
