I have been a member of Body Buster Fitness since January of 2015.
The thing I like most about the Body Buster Program is that it is helping me achieve my fitness goals. It feels good knowing I have made progress. It doesn’t happen overnight, but when you stick with it, you notice the improvement.
I am not sure how much weight or inches I have lost, as that was not my primary goal for joining, but I do know that my clothes fit better and I am happy about that.
I have chosen to continue with Body Buster for many reasons. First, the instructors are awesome. They motivate and push you and want to help you achieve your goals. I also like how every class is different. The instructors are great at changing up the classes and making them effective, challenging and fun. The routine of a gym can get monotonous, but at Body Buster, no two classes are ever the same. I also like being able to work out outside when the weather is good. I enjoy the team spirit during class and working with other members. We are all in it together and supporting each other.
Body Buster has helped me feel much better in terms of overall health. The program has helped me improve my fitness, strength and endurance. I also find that when I’m consistently working out, I eat healthier and sleep better. After my first Body Buster program, I signed up for a multiple program membership not only because of the financial incentive, but so I would maintain a consistent work out schedule. Body Buster has helped me to feel better about myself which positively affects every other area of my life.
By joining Body Buster and making a commitment to it, I have confidence that I have a plan in place to help me reach my goals. I am training for my first marathon and I know that only doing running workouts won’t be enough to get me across the finish line. I need to improve strength in all areas of my body and endurance and Body Buster is definitely helping me with that. Each Body Buster class is challenging and pushes me to get stronger and faster. I know I have a much better chance of reaching my goal of running a marathon because of Body Buster.
I feel it is important to lead an active and healthy lifestyle so that I can continue to do the many things I enjoy as I get older. I have five active, adventurous kids and I want to be able to keep up with them! I also want to give them a good example that health and fitness is something that is important throughout their lives and show them the benefits of commitment, hard work and dedication.
With Body Buster, I feel like I get a lot out of each and every work out. I love that after every class, some part of my body feels sore – in a good way. I want to feel like I am getting the most out of my time and investment and I definitely feel that way with Body Buster.
We all have busy lives and schedules. Making a commitment to exercise and health is such a positive investment in yourself. A small investment in time (only 2 hours a week) yields great benefits. During the off week between programs, I have some time to get a few other things done and let my body rest and recover, but I miss the great feeling I have after the Body Buster work outs and am anxious for the next program to start.
