I have been a Body Buster Fitness member for almost 3 years!

The thing that I like the most about the Body Buster Program is that it’s always a total body workout and that no two workouts are alike. Even after doing it for so long I still don’t feel like I have plateau’d because the instructors are always finding ways to tailor the program and increase the challenge when needed. There isn’t a class that I don’t leave sweating.

I have definitely converted fat lbs into lbs of muscle and that shows by the inches I’ve lost which I can see in how my clothes fit and the sizes of things I am wearing now.

I have chosen to continue with Body Buster because it suits my lifestyle- I like getting my workout in first thing in the morning to set me on the right track for the rest of the day and because it suits my personality- I need the group dynamic to make the experience enjoyable and challenging and I also need to be enrolled in a program to hold me accountable. The Body Buster Program also supports the other activities that I like to do. I am a part of a running group and I find I am a much stronger runner when I keep up with the Bootcamp Program. 

The Body Buster program has made me feel in control of my overall health both physical health and mental health because I see the differences – a week with Body Buster bootcamp vs. a week without, the comparison from my abilities when I started to where I am now. I am more aware of my body- the total body workout targets muscle groups I wouldn’t otherwise know about/use or actively target. I know where my strengths and weaknesses are and areas that I can improve on. I also recognize the impact a good workout has on my mood & stress levels going into work right after. I sleep better after a day that I have had bootcamp and I look forward to feeling the aches two days later.

I feel like I have built a solid foundation/base of health that allows me to be able to keep up with other extracurricular/physical activities that I participate in. I feel stronger in my day to day and am more self aware because of it- I know what I am capable of achieving which motivates me and I also have a clearer indication of when/if I am falling off track- simply put I now know the difference – how to recognize when my body is fatigued in a good way vs. an unhealthy way and I now have the tools to get me back on track. The Body Buster program provides me with a workout routine that I can maintain, its manageable and I am able to incorporate it into my weekly schedule which is something I need, I like to be consistent and with this program I have developed a regular workout routine that still challenges me and keeps me invested. 

Leading an active and healthy lifestyle benefits you in more ways than just transforming your physical self, it impacts every aspect of your life for the better. You’re your best self when you are leading an active and healthy lifestyle and thats the energy you want other people to pick up on/respond to. You make better choices when you are being active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle which affects the people around you positively.

There’s no judging or comparing with Body Buster just hard work on an individual basis. You will see a difference, you get out what you put in. Consistency is key. Stick with it and say your goals out loud.

Make your health a priority, being healthy isn’t just about eating right, its being active too. Exercise has so many more benefits than just transforming your body. Your future self will thank you.

I have been with Body Buster approximately 3 years. I signed up after the birth of my first child for 1.5 years and most recently have been there 1.5 years after the birth of my second.

There are lots of things that I like about Body Buster: the members are great, the instructors are fun and really get to know you so that they can push you further to make sure you are getting the results you want and are always available to answer questions. I love that the classes are always different so you never know what you are getting into and being outside when the weather is nice is a great alternative to the gym.

I am not too sure how many inches I have lost but both times after signing up for bootcamp I was able to lose all of my baby weight (40+lbs)

BodyBuster has become a part of my routine. Scheduling my workouts ensures that I get them done and won’t push it off. It also makes me accountable and when I don’t go I can feel the negative effects.

Working out regularly with Bodybuster has had so many positive effects on my health. I sleep better at night, feel stronger and more energetic, and definitely have more endurance to play with my children. Mentally I feel stronger as well because I know if I set my sights on something I can accomplish it and that has been very rewarding. As a mom of two small children it is nice to have some time to focus on yourself and your needs.

Being a member of Body Buster I have gained a sense of accomplishment. Seeing that all of my hard work and dedication have paid off. Knowing that my commitment and hard work with the program helped me achieve my weight loss goals and many other health benefits is amazing.
Try it out if you are looking for an alternative to the gym and are bored of doing the same classes and exercises over and over again. The instructors are very fun and very knowledgable and they do care. If you are committed they will help you achieve your goals!

Sign up and have those 2-3 days in your calendar scheduled like you would any other appointment. That way you know where you can fit it into your day and you are fully committed. This will motivate you because you can’t push it off to another day or time.

I have been in the Body Buster Program since January 2014.

What I like most about the Body Buster program is that Kim encourages us and always makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Everyday is something different. I also very much enjoy working out with all of the other members, its like we are a family.

I have never weighed myself so I am not sure how much I’ve lost but my clothes all fit looser. The last time I was measured I had lost over 5 inches. I have chosen to continue with Body Buster because I feel cared for as Kim is always making sure we are ok. I love to challenge myself and hope I always beat my last numbers and there is never a boring class. I am always trying to improve. Kim and the other members are great motivation. Since I have joined Body Buster I have done two things that I thought I would never do, I ran a 10k and did the Grouse Grind!

In terms of overall health I feel great, I feel stronger than before I started, My cardio is getting better everyday. I have asthma but since I have been doing Body Buster my routine tests that I do yearly have greatly improved. I feel more confident to want to try other things.

I have gained better health, a good sense of well being and an improved fitness level. I know I can do anything and I no longer feel there is no way I can do that. I am more willing to at least try and I will always give it 100%. I have gained pride in myself.
Also, a lot of members have been going for a while and I love to see the improvement in all of them. I am amazed at how hard all the members work.

I would tell people who may have never taken the Body Buster Program before that once you try it you will be hooked. You should never worry that it will be too hard because you can always modify. You will feel very welcome. You will be attending boot camp but you have lots of fun while you are there you can’t believe how fast the time goes.

I also just want to say that I am glad that I called the number back in Dec 2013. I was convinced to come out and try so I attended 2 times a week for one month. I then signed up for 3 months at 2 times a week. From there, a year for 3 times a week as I had a nice extended vacation at the beginning of the year and Body Busters has been very flexible letting me make up time. I have now just signed up for another year but this time I will be going 4 times a week! So be kind Kim!

The Body Buster program has helped me get back on track with my fitness and food choices. Im not as tempted to cheat because that would mean more burpees!

In terms of overall health I have gained more discipline, self confidence and motivation to continue no matter what. Now that I see results, and I’m getting stronger I don’t want to give up!

I have chosen to continue because it’s very important to me to stay healthy and have energy, while setting a good example to my children that exercise and good food choices are extremely important to our overall health and well being.

I would encourage who has never taken the program before to take the challenge and with hard work they will too see results. There will always be excuses not to exercise but you need to make your health and fitness a priority. Exercise eventually becomes regular part of your life like brushing your teeth. Therefore, stop making excuses and your body will thank you.

I will never forget my first class thinking that I would not survive, but I did. I kept coming back and challenging myself and in time I started to get stronger. I hope that my experience will motivate others to make a change in their life and join Body Buster.

I have been a member of Body Buster Fitness since January of 2015.
The thing I like most about the Body Buster Program is that it is helping me achieve my fitness goals. It feels good knowing I have made progress. It doesn’t happen overnight, but when you stick with it, you notice the improvement.
I am not sure how much weight or inches I have lost, as that was not my primary goal for joining, but I do know that my clothes fit better and I am happy about that.
I have chosen to continue with Body Buster for many reasons. First, the instructors are awesome. They motivate and push you and want to help you achieve your goals. I also like how every class is different. The instructors are great at changing up the classes and making them effective, challenging and fun. The routine of a gym can get monotonous, but at Body Buster, no two classes are ever the same. I also like being able to work out outside when the weather is good. I enjoy the team spirit during class and working with other members. We are all in it together and supporting each other.
Body Buster has helped me feel much better in terms of overall health. The program has helped me improve my fitness, strength and endurance. I also find that when I’m consistently working out, I eat healthier and sleep better. After my first Body Buster program, I signed up for a multiple program membership not only because of the financial incentive, but so I would maintain a consistent work out schedule. Body Buster has helped me to feel better about myself which positively affects every other area of my life.
By joining Body Buster and making a commitment to it, I have confidence that I have a plan in place to help me reach my goals. I am training for my first marathon and I know that only doing running workouts won’t be enough to get me across the finish line. I need to improve strength in all areas of my body and endurance and Body Buster is definitely helping me with that. Each Body Buster class is challenging and pushes me to get stronger and faster. I know I have a much better chance of reaching my goal of running a marathon because of Body Buster.
I feel it is important to lead an active and healthy lifestyle so that I can continue to do the many things I enjoy as I get older. I have five active, adventurous kids and I want to be able to keep up with them! I also want to give them a good example that health and fitness is something that is important throughout their lives and show them the benefits of commitment, hard work and dedication.
With Body Buster, I feel like I get a lot out of each and every work out. I love that after every class, some part of my body feels sore – in a good way. I want to feel like I am getting the most out of my time and investment and I definitely feel that way with Body Buster.
We all have busy lives and schedules. Making a commitment to exercise and health is such a positive investment in yourself. A small investment in time (only 2 hours a week) yields great benefits. During the off week between programs, I have some time to get a few other things done and let my body rest and recover, but I miss the great feeling I have after the Body Buster work outs and am anxious for the next program to start.
